Books books! Fun fact: The aspect of my life that is most organized is my book collection. I have many books because I’ve been carefully collecting them since childhood. It brings me a lot of pleasure to organize them, for some reason. Every so often I’l change the order, but for the past year or so they’ve been organized by genre, and within that genre I try to put multiple books by the same author together and books that are most similar nearest to each other. Some genres I recognize in my collection for organizational purposes are pretty broad, like magical realism or modern fantasy or historical fiction, but others are more specific, like wilderness survival or books that take place in asia or books about mental illness.
This probably doesn’t interest anyone else. But fuck it.
